Thea House is the perfect choice for your holiday on the beautiful island of Kefalonia in the Ionian Sea. The picturesque village of Sarlata, where the house is located, is part of the enchanting Livatho region, which is sure to delight you. The capital Argostoli is only 15 minutes away, and the airport is just 5 minutes away. The most beautiful beaches in the area are also only 5 minutes away.

Shopping facilities, bakeries and restaurants can also be easily reached within just 5 minutes by car.

The house is very centrally located (beaches 5 minutes by car), but we strongly recommend that you rent a car or arrive by car. This is the only way to explore the surrounding area. We are happy to help you organise your trip (plane or ship) or rental car (can be provided directly at the airport).

The house

We purchased the house in 2023 and completely renovated the interior. Our house has a total of four rooms, as well as a living/dining area and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. All rooms are located on the same level.

The room layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a 1.80 metre wide bed and offers breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The bathroom is located nearby.

Room 2: Office and library, fully equipped home office with dual monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset and printer (laptop must be provided by the guest).

Room 3 is the children's room with a pull-out bed. This provides two children's beds, each 90 cm wide, on two different levels.

Room 4 is a bedroom with a 1.60-metre bed.

The bathroom is located directly adjacent to Room 1 and features a toilet, shower, washbasin with mirror and washing machine.

The living/dining area has a pull-out dining table for up to 6 people, a sofa, a TV and a kitchen. In 2023, we replaced all kitchen appliances and equipment. The kitchen is equipped to our needs and Swiss standards with a large refrigerator, oven, induction hob and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine, kettle and everything else a family needs is provided. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room is the large balcony with a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea.
